  • Do you offer a bespoke service?

    Yes! We love working with our clients to create either something completely new, or to tweak one of our existing products. Just drop us a line to ask more

  • Do you provide mock ups of my sign design?

    Yes! Using the personalisation details you have given us when ordering, we will mock up your item and email you this to you to approve or make changes. We will make tweaks until you are happy and then once approved we will send for manufacturing!

  • Can I have a font other than those on your list?

    Yes - whilst not all fonts are compatible on our CAD software, please do request what you would like and we can try and work to match or find similar

  • How long will it take my sign to arrive?

    We allow a lead time of 2-3 weeks from ordering to despatch within UK - this allows time for design, any amends/approval, then lasering & finally despatch

  • Will my Corten steel item arrive pre-rusted?

    Please refer to our Corten Weathering Guide to see full details on Corten and the colouring process. In short, your item will arrive mostly silver/grey and will quickly start to develop its beautiful patina (rusty colouring!) once out in the elements

  • Will Corten Steel stain my wall?

    The colouring / run off from Corten steel can leave residue - to avoid any discolouring of mounting surfaces, particularly for paler coloured walls, we recommend the 'floating' mounting options which slightly raise the sign from the wall. We also suggest laying the sign flat for a few days before mounting, to allow the majority of the run off to happen whilst on a non-stainable surface

  • Do you accept Returns?

    If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please just let us know using our Contact page. We will work to find a suitable resolution, whether that is repair or replacement. In these instances we will cover the cost of return and the replacement/repair.

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    If you order is damaged upon arrival, incorrect or faulty and replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund

  • Are fixings included with my product?

    If you have ordered one of our products which requires fixings we will provide these included in the price. For 'floating, visible fixings' mounting option signs, we will give you the choice of black or stainless steel fixings when we send you your mock up

  • Can I have my sign illuminated?

    Yes - we can offer illumination on our signs - please get in touch for a custom quote
